Unable to connect to the Cognos Analytics server

If you are unable to connect to a Cognos® Analytics server, it may be related to your security certificates.

Ensure that you have the appropriate security certificate profiles
If the Cognos Analytics server that you are trying to connect to is configured with https, ensure that you have the appropriate security certificate profiles added on your mobile device.
Manually enable full trust for your certificates
Generally, Cognos Analytics Mobile uses the security certificates that are bundled with iOS or Android trust stores. If the Cognos Analytics server is using a certificate that is not the trusted by iOS and Android, such as a self-signed certificate, you may need to manually enable full trust for your certificates.
