CM Unreachable

Description

If you get the error when starting CMBrowser this means that Content Manager can not be reached using your configured CM URL.

To fix this problem

  • Click the Test CM Connection button Test icon

    Failed connection test window

  • Input the correct URL for Content Manager.

  • Test the connection

    Successful connection test window

  • If you get a positive response from CM this means the URL is correct. Click the OK button to save the URL.

  • Refresh CMBrowser by clicking the Refresh Full Tree button Refresh full tree icon.
