Recovering a Failed Model Using the User Interface

Use these steps to recover a failed model in the Windows interface.

Procedure

  1. From the File menu, click View Suspended Models.
    Note: If a severe error occurred during processing that caused Cognos® Transformer to shut down, you are prompted to open the Select Suspended Model dialog box when you next start Cognos Transformer.
  2. Select the option to open a model, and click OK.
