Enable and disable Cognos Analytics Mobile
If you are an IBM® Cognos Analytics administrator, you can allow or deny your users access to Cognos Analytics Mobile.
Manage alerts for users
If you are an administrator, you can define the options that users have to poll the IBM Cognos Analytics database for new alerts.
Enable and disable scheduling
If you are an IBM Cognos Analytics administrator, you can enable or disable a user's ability to schedule notifications in Cognos Analytics Mobile.
Enable and disable dashboards, explorations, or the Assistant
If you are an IBM Cognos Analytics administrator, you can enable or disable a user's ability to see Dashboards or Explorations in Cognos Analytics Mobile.
Configure the Token Login Signing Secret setting
Configuring the Token Login Signing Secret setting allows your Cognos Analytics Mobile users to stay logged into Cognos Analytics for up to 30 days. This setting is also required for users to log in by using a QR code.
Configure your Cognos Analytics environment with an SMTP server
To use IBM Cognos Analytics Mobile, your IBM Cognos Analytics environment must be configured with an SMTP Server.
