The columns in data source data_source_name don't match the data source.

The data source has changed and one or more of the columns in the model can no longer reference its corresponding data source item.

When you create a model, the columns in each data source are saved as part of the model definition. If you reorder, add, delete, or rename the items in the data source, Cognos® Transformer detects that the columns in the model no longer match those in the data source, and flags any mismatches in the Modify Columns dialog box.
