Viewing the list of destination databases for a connector

After you create one or more destination databases for a connector, you can view the list and check the status and properties of each one.

Before you begin

You must add at least one destination database to the connector.

Procedure

  1. Follow the steps to view the Satellite Connector list.
  2. In the Satellite Connector list, click the connector name.

    The list of destination databases for the connector appears.

  3. Check the Status value for your destination:
    • If it is Connected iconEnabled, your destination is available for connection to a Satellite Connector.
    • If it is Not connected icon Disabled, your destination is not available.
      Tip: You can enable the destination in step 4.
  4. At the end of the row for your destination, click the ellipsis icon Ellipsis icon and then click Properties.

    The Properties page appears, showing the following information:

    • Endpoint name
    • Host and port number of your on-premises destination database.

      Use this value when you create a data server connection on the destination computer.

    • Endpoint ID and Cloud host and port

      You can typically ignore these values. They can be used by IBM Support when troubleshooting an issue.

    • Status
      Tip: Click this field to toggle between Enabled and Disabled.
    • The Data server connections list

      This is a list of any data server connections that you already created.
