Support for SAP BW hierarchy variables

SAP hierarchy variables support has been added to IBM® Cognos® Analytics to enhance report creation capabilities and improve product performance. While hierarchy node variables were supported in earlier releases, with hierarchy variables, users can select specific hierachies when running reports that contain dimensions with multiple hierarchies.

A new data type enumeration has been added to associate dimensions belonging to a particular hierarchy.
