Crosstab

Use a crosstab when you want to show the relationships between three or more columns or rows. Crosstabs show data in rows and columns with information summarized at the intersection points.

You can drag data from the Selected sources pane and insert it in a column or row or drop the data on top of existing data to replace it.

Tip: A crosstab can display up to 2900 data points. If you exceed the limit, some data points and summaries are clipped at the bottom of the crosstab. To make all the summaries visible, use filters to reduce the number of data points in your crosstab.

You can show relationships on the rows instead of the columns.

The following image shows an example of a crosstab.
