Standard modes HTML replaces quirks mode HTML

The Cognos® Analytics portal portal, Cognos Analytics - Reporting, and HTML viewers and reports use standard HTML. Reports have moved from quirks to standard HTML, so there might be small differences in item sizes. These differences do not affect most of the reports that were created in previous versions of Cognos Analytics. However, minor changes might be required in existing reports, such as reports that are printed on forms.
