Hiding a crosstab, a list, or a list column

You can hide or show a crosstab, a list, or a column in a list when the report is viewed.

Procedure

To hide or show a crosstab or a list:
1. Select the crosstab or the list by clicking which is in the upper left of the data container.
2. Click the Properties icon .
3. In the Properties pane, click the Visible property and select Yes or No.
To hide or show a column in a list:
1. Select a column by clicking one cell of the column.
2. Click the Properties icon .
3. In the Properties pane, double-click the Column visibility property to open the Column visibility window.
4. In the Column visibility window, select Visible, Hidden, or Visible based on condition.
  If you select Visible based on condition, to configure the condition perform the following steps:
  1. Click the Edit condition icon.
  2. Enter a Value and select its Data type.
  3. Based on the data type, choose an Operator from: In, Not in, Greater than, Greater than or equal to, Less than, Less than or equal to.
  4. From the Active Report Variable drop-down list, select the active report variable to apply the condition.
  5. Click OK.
