Formatting text in a crosstab or table

You can style the text of column headers, row headers, and cells in a crosstab or table.

About this task

Complete the following steps to apply text formatting to your crosstab or table.

Procedure

  1. Optional: If you want to apply your style to the entire column or row, the header and cells, click the header of a column or row.
  2. Right-click a crosstab or table element, or a group of elements and select Style text in the context menu.
  3. In the Style text window, adjust one or more of the following properties:
    • Font family
    • Font size
    • Color
    • Under Alignment, Align left, Align center, Align right, and Wrap text.
    • Apply to all column headings or Apply to all row headings

    • Set as default

    Note: The Style text window has less properties when you style a group of elements, the header and cells in a column or row, or only cells.
  4. Optional: If you want to cancel your changes to the style, click Restore defaults.
  5. Click Save to apply your style.

Results

You changed the text formatting of elements or groups of elements in a crosstab or table.
