You can style the text of column headers, row headers, and cells in a crosstab or
table.
About this task
You can apply your style to various groups of crosstab or table elements.
- Crosstabs
- To apply your style to all column headers, right-click a single column header.
- To apply your style to all row headers, right-click a single row header to open a context
menu
- To apply your style to all cells, right-click a cell.
- To apply your style to the entire column, the header and all cells in the column, first
left-click the header of the column, then right-click the selected column.
- To apply your style to the entire row, the header and all cells in the row, first left-click the
header of the row, then right-click the selected row.
- Tables
- To apply your style to all column headers, right-click a single column header.
- To apply your style to all entire rows, right-click an element of a row.
After you right-click an element or a selected group of elements in a crosstab or table, the
context menu appears.
Procedure

Select Style text in the context menu.
- In the Style text pane, change one or more of the following
properties:
- Font family
- Font size
- Color
- Style
- Alignment
- If you want to cancel your changes to style, click Restore
defaults.
- Click Save to apply your style.
