Formatting text in a crosstab or table

You can format the text in a crosstab or table to customize the font family, text color, font size, styles, and alignment.

About this task

Complete the following steps to apply text formatting to your crosstab or table.

1. Ctrl+click a cell in the crosstab or table.
2. In the toolbar, click the Format text icon .
3. Change one or more of the following properties:
   • Font family
   • Text color
   • Font size
   • Style, such as bold, underline, or italic
   • Alignment
