Cdata Cloud Connect support

IBM® Cognos® Analytics with Watson Dynamic Query now supports connections to Cdata Cloud Connect through the Cdata Cloud Connect JDBC driver.

The minimum version of the JDBC driver that is supported is 22.0.8327.
