Choosing a template for a new scene

You can choose the template that you want to use for a new scene.

About this task

In a story, you can quickly define the layout of your scenes by choosing a template.
Tip: Some template sections contain multipurpose widget buttons Multipurpose widget. You can use multipurpose widgets to select a widget type right on the button. You can also drag and drop a supported widget into a section with the multipurpose widget button. Supported widget types include text, image, and visualization widgets.

Procedure

  1. Click Scene selector Scene selector icon to open the scene selector.
  2. Click the arrow icon, beside Add a new scene with default template Add a new scene icon.
  3. Click the template that you want to use for your scene.

Results

A new scene is created containing your selected template.
