Graphical Displays
Graphical displays communicate comparisons,
relationships, and trends. They emphasize and clarify numbers. To
choose the appropriate type of display, first define the purpose of
the report, and then identify the most effective display to suit that
purpose. For example, you can use a multiline display to show trends.
For some display types, the data for each row appears in a separate display. A box appears at the bottom of the report window that shows the name of the current row. If the report includes more than one row, this box includes an option to select a different row. Click on the box to see a list of the available rows.
