Changing the value label location

You can change the orientation of the labels on the horizontal axis in some visualizations.

1. Click the Properties icon.
   

   If you don't see the Properties icon, click the Switch to edit icon.

   
2. Click the Visualization tab and then click Chart.
3. Select a location from the Value label location menu.

   Value label location	Meaning
   Inside base	The label location is on the inside next to the base.
   Outside end	The label location is on the outside of the base.
   Center	The label location is in the center.
   Inside end	The label location is on the inside end.

   For pie visualizations the following locations are available:

   Value label location	Meaning
   Callout	The label location is on the outside of the slices with a callout.
   Center	The label location is in the center of the slice.
   Center horizontally	The label location is horizontally in the center of the slice.
   Outside	The label location is on the outside of the slice.
