Resetting a dashboard

You can reset your dashboard to revert to the last saved version of the dashboard.

Before you begin

If you don't see the option to reset the dashboard, the dashboard you are viewing was never saved.

To reset all the changes you have applied since you last saved the dashboard, complete the following actions:

Procedure

  1. Open a saved dashboard.
  2. Click the Switch to edit icon Switch to edit icon.
  3. Make one or more changes to the dashboard.
  4. Click the Switch to preview icon Switch to preview icon.
  5. 11.1.6 icon On the toolbar, click the Reset dashboard icon Reset dashboard icon.
  6. Click OK.

    The dashboard returns to its last saved view. Any changes you made since the last saved view are lost.

    Tip: After you save the dashboard, the Reset dashboard icon disappears from the toolbar.
