IBM Carbon X theme

IBM Carbon X is the name of the default theme that is applied to new installations of IBM Cognos Analytics. The new theme adopts color standards from the IBM Carbon Design System (https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/).

Highlights of the IBM Carbon X theme include bright blue elements and a black banner. Upgraded installations maintain their previous colors, now part of the IBM Classic theme. Administrators can switch themes at any time.
