ISAM file handling language items affected

The following ISAM language items are not accepted by Enterprise COBOL:

• APPLY CORE-INDEX
• APPLY REORG-CRITERIA
• File declarations for ISAM files
• NOMINAL KEY clause
• Organization parameter I
• TRACK-AREA clause
• USING KEY clause of START statement
