IGYPP5000 and IGYPP7000 series messages

Most 5000 series messages (messages numbered 5000-5999) and 7000 series messages (messages numbered 7000-7999) are for compiler internal errors and require the user to contact IBM® support to report the problem. There are some 5000 series and 7000 series messages that can result from user controllable circumstances, such has JCL errors, and can be corrected by the user. These messages are described below.

PP identifies the phases that issued the message. These messages can be issued by different phases, like most messages.
