User/Group Fields

When you select a user or group name and choose Yes, Content Manager OnDemand creates a copy of the folder fields for the user or group.

However, setting User/Group Fields to Yes does not authorize the user or users assigned to the group to change the field information. To let the user or users assigned to the group change the field information, you must select Fields in the Authority group.

When you choose the Fields Authority, Content Manager OnDemand automatically sets User/Group Fields to Yes.
