User permissions
Determines the users and groups that can view and maintain the user. By default, only the user, the user that created the user, system administrators, and user administrators can view (and maintain) the user.
To add a user or group to the user's access list, select the name of the user or group in the Users/Groups list and then click Add. By default, users and groups in the Defined list can view the user.
To permit the selected user or group to maintain the user you are adding, select the Administrator checkbox. Users and groups in the Defined list with Administrator authority can view, update, and delete the user.
To remove a user or group from the user's access list, select the name of the user or group in the Defined list and click Remove.
