User information
Content Manager OnDemand programs can use the information that you provide on the User Information page. For example, Content Manager OnDemand programs can place the user's address and department on a fax cover sheet or printer separator page. Optionally select a Default Server Printer for the user.
- Company
- The name of the company. Maximum of 60 bytes.
- Title
- The user's title or job responsibility. Maximum of 60 bytes.
- E-Mail Address
- The user's email address. Maximum of 254 bytes.
- Address
- The address of the company or the user's location. Four address lines, each up to 60 bytes in length. The CICS/ESA client program places the string that you type in the first address line on the printer separator page.
- Department
- The user's department name or number. Maximum of 60 bytes.
- Account Information
- Maximum of 60 bytes. Content Manager OnDemand includes the Account Information in messages that are generated by actions that are performed by the user. Content Manager OnDemand sends the messages to the system log and the system log user exit program.
- Phone Number
- The user's phone number. Maximum of 32 bytes.
- FAX Number
- The phone number of the user's FAX machine. Maximum of 32 bytes.
- Building
- The user's building name or number. Maximum of 60 bytes.
- Room
- The user's office name or number. Maximum of 60 bytes.
- Default Server Printer
- Determines the printer name that is listed in the Server Printer field when the user chooses the server print command from a Content Manager OnDemand client program. Choose a device name from the list or select *NONE, if you do not want to identify a default server printer for the user. The user can change the printer destination after choosing the server print command.
- Cover Page
- The default FAX cover page for the user. This field should be left blank unless a cover page has been designed and tested by a system administrator. The user can change the FAX cover page information after selecting the server print command from a Content Manager OnDemand client program.
