Storage management

The Report Wizard asks you questions about where you plan to store report data and how you plan to maintain index and report data in Content Manager OnDemand.

Note about IBM® i servers: Add, Update, and Delete operations for storage nodes have been disabled on IBM i servers. A storage node is created, updated and deleted as the result of actions performed on the migration policy with the same name in IBM Navigator for i.

Which Storage Set do you want to use?

Select the name of the storage set in which you want Content Manager OnDemand to store the report data. See Storage set name for details.

If a storage set is not yet defined to the library server, click Add, to create a storage set. After adding the storage set, return to the report wizard and select the name of the storage set.

How does the data expire?

Determines the method that the system uses to delete index, report, and resource data from the application group. See expiration type for more information.
