Named queries

A named query is a specific set of search criteria that has been saved by name and can be selected and restored into folder search fields at a later time. Content Manager OnDemand provides two types of named queries:

Public

A named query that is available to any user with authority to open the folder and permission to view named queries

Private

A named query that is available to the user that saved the query.
