The name of the folder. The Content Manager OnDemand client programs display
the name of the folder in the Open a Folder dialog box.
Description
Descriptive information about the folder. You can type up to 120
bytes of descriptive information.
Display Document Location
Determines whether the client shows the storage location of each
document in the document list. The storage location can be cache storage
(on the library server or an
object server), archive storage,
or external cache. Selecting this option can degrade search performance
because the client must retrieve the location information from the
object server.
Display Document Hold
Determines whether the client shows a column that indicates whether
a hold is placed on the document.
Note Search
If you set the annotation property
in the application group to No, determines when Content Manager OnDemand searches the database for
annotations and notifies users that annotations exist for the documents
that match a query. Content Manager OnDemand provides
three search/notification methods: Hit
List, Retrieve, and
Note.
Application Groups
A list of application groups defined to the library server. Select
a name and choose Add to add the application group to the folder.
Selected
The list of application groups that can be queried from the folder.
Use the Add command to add an application group to the list. Use the
Remove command to remove an application group from the list. If an
application group contains more than one application, use the Applications
command to determine the applications that can be queried from the
folder.
