Data distribution group commands

Add

Add the selected data distribution file to the data distribution group. First, select the name of the data distribution file in the Selection list. Then click Add. Content Manager OnDemand moves the name from the Selection list to the Order list. The order in which the data distribution files are listed in the Order list determines the order they are processed by Content Manager OnDemand.

Remove

Remove the selected data distribution file from the data distribution group. First, select the name of the data distribution file in the Order list. Then click Remove. Content Manager OnDemand moves the name from the Order list to the Selection list.

Add/Update/View Data Distribution Groups

OK: Commit changes to the database and close the File Group window.
Cancel: Close the File Group window and do not save changes.
Help: Open the online help for the File Group window.
Update: If you are viewing a distribution file group and have the required authority, click Update to switch from viewing the distribution file group to updating the distribution file group.
