Application group permissions

The Permissions page is where you determine the users and groups that can search for data archived in the application group and the types of document, annotation, and application group actions that users can take. Permissions can be specified for users, groups of users, and all other users not given specific authority. You can limit access to data stored in the application group by specifying an SQL query containing keywords, operators, and data values.
