Adding an ODF report ID

Before you begin

The ODF report ID identifies the application group and application to the ODF system. To add a report ID, you must be a system administrator or a user with ODF Administration authority.

Fill out the fields in this window to add a report ID.
Report ID
This field is required and cannot be updated. You can enter up to 60 bytes for the report ID.
Application Group
From the Application Group drop-down list, select the application group that is referenced by this report ID. This selection is required.
Application
From the Application drop-down list, select the application that is referenced by this report ID. This selection is required.
Status
From the Status drop-down list, select Active to indicate that this report is available for distribution. Select Inactive to indicate that this report is not available for distribution. If a report ID is inactive, then reports that are loaded into the specified application group and application are not distributed.
Reference
Use this field to control when a report is available for distribution. The value that you enter in this field is used in conjunction with an index field defined in the Content Manager OnDemand application group field definition that has been identified as a Reference field. When a Reference field is used in the application group, the Content Manager OnDemand load process matches the Reference value in the report ID to the index value extracted from the report, and sets the report for distribution if there is a match.
