Adding, updating, or viewing a hold

Use options on the General page to maintain the hold information and specify the hold name, description and language options.

The commands that you can use include:

OK

Commit changes to the database and close the Hold window.

Cancel

Close the Hold window and do not save changes.

Help

Open the online help for the Hold window.

Update

If you are viewing a hold and have the required authority, click Update to switch from viewing the hold to updating the hold.
