Full text search (Report wizard)

You can enable full text search by selecting Yes when asked if you want to use full text indexing. You are required to enter a server name and can optionally choose to index documents automatically by clicking on the Full Text Index documents automatically check box.

The server name must be in the address,port format, for example, myserver.info.com,1400

A maximum of 254 bytes is allowed. You receive an error if the format is not correct or is not specified.

Full text index folder fields

If a full text index folder field box is checked, a folder field name must be provided. You can add full text index folder fields when you select Yes to add Full Text Search to a folder.
