Defined report bundles

Displays a list of report bundles that match the search criteria in the filter section and were defined to ODF. The most recent processed status of the report bundle.

The following selections are available if you right click on an individual report bundle in the list:
View Report Bundle Details
Displays a view the details of the report bundle.
List Included Report Bundles
Lists all of the processed report bundles that are included in the same distribution as the selected report bundle. A query is done matching recipient, distribution name and process date.
Reprint Report Bundle
Issues a reprint for the selected report bundle. A second menu displays options related to reprinting:
  1. Edit Output fields before reprint. Edit the output fields before submitting this report bundle for distribution
  2. Reprint without any changes. Submit this report bundle for reprint without any changes
This option is only valid for report bundles that were processed.
Reprint Distribution
Issues a reprint for all the processed report bundles that are included the same distribution as the selected report bundle. A second menu displays options related to reprinting:
  1. Edit Output fields before reprint. Edit the output fields before submitting this report bundle for distribution
  2. Reprint without any changes. Submit the reprint of the entire distribution without any changes This option is only valid for report bundles that were processed.
You can reprint a range of pages from the original report bundles by specifying page numbers in the Starting Page and Ending Page fields of the edit panel. If you enter a 0 for Starting Page, ODF includes page 1 of the report bundle, up to and including the page you entered in Ending Page. If you want to include pages from the page number in Starting Page to the end of the report bundle, enter a 0 in the Ending Page field.
Edit Report Bundle Output Definitions
Displays a window that allows you to update the output fields of the report bundle definition.
Display Distribution
Displays the defined distribution that includes this report bundle

Displays the message text of the message in the exception field for this report bundle.
