Creating an ODF distribution summary

About this task

Follow these steps to create a summary for an ODF distribution:

Procedure

  1. Specify the output file for this ODF distribution summary. Click Browse to locate an existing file or a directory for the new summary file.
  2. Select the Append summary to existing file check box if you want to append the summary to an existing file.
    When you create a summary, the file name that you specify is overwritten if it exists. To save information in an existing file, make sure that you select the Append summary to existing file check box before you click Create. Content Manager OnDemand does not prompt you before creating the file.
  3. Choose categories of summary information. Select the General check box and the Print Options checkbox to include information that you entered for this distribution. Otherwise, the summary includes only the name of the distribution.
  4. Choose Create. When complete, Content Manager OnDemand displays the message "Summary has been generated."
  5. Choose View to display the summary.
