Deleting a folder

About this task

To delete a folder, you must have administrator permission for the folder, be an application group/folder/cabinet administrator, or be a system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Select and expand the library server.
  2. Select Folders.
  3. In the Name list, right-click the folder.
  4. From the pop-up menu, select Delete to open the Delete window.
  5. Content Manager OnDemand requests that you confirm your choice before deleting the folder. Choose Yes to delete the folder. Choose Cancel to close the Delete a Folder window and note delete the folder.
  6. If you selected more than one folder name, choose Yes to All to delete all of the folders from the database.
