Deleting an application

Before you begin

To delete an application, you must have administrator permission for the application group that contains the application, be an application group/folder/cabinet administrator, or be a system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Select and expand the library server.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. In the Name list, point to the application name and click the right mouse button.
  4. From the pop-up menu, select Delete to open the Delete window.
  5. Content Manager OnDemand requests that you confirm your choice before deleting the application. Choose Yes to delete the application. Choose Cancel to close the Delete an Application window and not delete the application.
  6. If you selected more than one application name, choose Yes to All to delete all of the selected applications from the database.

Results

If you have OnDemand Distribution Facility (ODF) installed, ODF objects might be affected when an application is deleted. Every ODF report ID and report bundle related to the deleted application are also deleted.
