Add/Update/Delete field (PDF)

The Field Information page is where you maintain trigger fields and constant fields. Trigger fields can be located with a trigger. Constant fields contain all or part of the index data that is stored in the database. To add a field that uses only constant data, select an area of the sample data (enclose one or more characters in a box). To modify or delete a field that uses only constant data, use the Select window.

Here are available commands:

OK

Save changes and close the Field Information window.

Cancel

Discard any changes and close the Field Information window.
