Updating a folder
About this task
The logon user must have administrator or fields permission for the folder or be an application group/folder/cabinet administrator or be a system administrator to make changes to the folder.
Procedure
- Select and expand the library server.
- Select folders.
- In the Name list, right-click the folder that you want to update.
- From the pop-up menu, select Update, to open the Update a Folder window.
- Make changes to the properties of the folder. The properties that cannot be changed with the Update command appear shaded (unavailable to be changed).
- Click OK to update the folder. Click Cancel to close the Update a Folder window without updating the folder.
