Updating a folder

About this task

The logon user must have administrator or fields permission for the folder or be an application group/folder/cabinet administrator or be a system administrator to make changes to the folder.

Procedure

  1. Select and expand the library server.
  2. Select folders.
  3. In the Name list, right-click the folder that you want to update.
  4. From the pop-up menu, select Update, to open the Update a Folder window.
  5. Make changes to the properties of the folder. The properties that cannot be changed with the Update command appear shaded (unavailable to be changed).
  6. Click OK to update the folder. Click Cancel to close the Update a Folder window without updating the folder.
