Update (List)

Update the selected item. Opens the Update window.

To update a user, the logon user must be a user administrator or system administrator, or have administrator authority for this user. However, the logon user can update their own userid.

To update a group, the logon user must be a group owner or a system administrator.

To update an application, application group, folder, or cabinet, the logon user must have one of the following permissions:

• Administrator authority for the application, application group, or folder
• Fields authority for a folder
• Application Group/Folder/Cabinet administrator
• System administrator

To update a storage set or printer, you must be a system administrator.
