Printer permissions
Use to maintain the printer's access list.
Here are available options:
- Access by all Users/Groups
- Select to add all users and groups defined to Content Manager OnDemand to the printer's access list.
- Users/Groups
- The users and groups defined to Content Manager OnDemand. If the Access by all Users/Groups checkbox is clear, these users and groups do not have access to the printer.
- Users/Groups with Access
- The users and groups that have access to the printer. Note: if you select Access by all Users/Groups, then all users and groups defined to Content Manager OnDemand have access to the printer, not just those listed in the Users/Groups with Access list.
Here are available commands:
- Add
- Add the selected user or group to the printer's access list. Moves the user or group name from the Users/Groups list to the Users/Groups with Access list.
- Remove
- Remove the selected user or group from the printer's access list. Moves the user or group name from the Users/Groups with Access list to the Users/Groups list.
- OK
- Add or update the printer and close the Printer window.
- Cancel
- Close the Printer window and not add or update the printer.
- Help
- Open the online help for the Printer window.
