Folder field definition commands

Add: Add the field to the folder. When you type a folder field name in the Name list and click Add, Content Manager OnDemand places the name in the Folder Fields list.
Remove: Delete the selected field from the folder. When you select a field name in the Folder Fields list and click Remove, Content Manager OnDemand removes the name from the Folder Fields list.
