Folder field definition

The Field Definition page is where you define the names of the folder search and display fields. Content Manager OnDemand client programs can display the field name next to a search field and on the title bar of the document list. The folder search and display fields represent the database fields in the application groups that can be searched from the folder. When you define folder fields, you also select the field type and mapping type for each field. You can add up to 128 folder fields to a folder.
