Data distribution permissions

To use the Data Distribution function, the logon user must have the following permissions:

• System Data Distribution folder. Permission to access the folder. Permission to view and create Public Named Queries.
• System Data Distribution (F/G) application group. Permission to access the application group. Permission to add, delete, and view documents.
• System Data Distribution (L) application group. Permission to access the application group. Permission to add, delete, and view documents.
• System Data Distribution (CFM) application group. Permission to access the application group. Permission to add, delete, and view documents.
• To add a folder, access permission to the folder and access permission to any public named queries contained in the folder.
• To add a user, access permission to the user.
• To add a group, access permission to the group.
