Select the columns of user information, application information, application group information, ODF information, or server information that you want to display in the list control view of the administrative client.

For the user, the User ID column is mandatory and is always displayed as the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For the application, the Application Name column is mandatory and must be the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For the application group, the Application Group Name column is mandatory and must be the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For ODF recipients, the Recipient ID column is mandatory and is always displayed as the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For ODF recipient lists, the Name column is mandatory and is always displayed as the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For ODF report IDs, the report ID column is mandatory and is always displayed as the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For ODF report bundles, the Recipient/List, Distribution Name, and Sequence columns are mandatory and are always displayed as the first, second, and third columns in the list view. The first 128 bytes are displayed when SQL strings are added as a column. All other columns are optional.

For ODF distributions, the Recipient/List and Distribution Name columns are mandatory and are always displayed as the first and second columns in the list view. All other columns are optional.

For the server, the Name column is mandatory and is always displayed as the first column in the list view. All other columns are optional.

To add a column to the list, select the checkbox next to the column name. To remove a column, deselect the checkbox next to it.

Move Up

Click to move a column up in the list.

Move Down

Click to move a column down in the list.

Select All

Click to select all columns.

Deselect All

Click to remove all of the columns from the list.
