For the Windows client program, choose this option to print all
of the pages of the selected document. The user can override the default
print option after selecting the Print command.
Print Current Page
For the Windows client program, choose this option to print only
the current page of the selected document. The user can override the
default print option after selecting the Print command.
Default Server Printer
The server printer to which Content Manager OnDemand sends documents. Select
the name of the printer from the list. Choose *NONE, if you do not
want to specify a default printer for the application. The user can
specify a different server printer after selecting the Print command.
Print Line Count
Optional: If you want to use a local printer to print line
data documents, you can specify a value in this field to divide each
viewed page into multiple printed pages. Each printed page contains
no more than the number of lines that you specify for the Print Line
Count parameter. This prevents the local printer from scaling a viewed
page containing many lines onto a single physical sheet of paper and
making the characters too small. If you also specify a Line Count
value on the View Information tab of this application, the Print Line
Count value must be less than or equal to the Line Count value.
CICS JCL Parameters
For the CICS/ESA client program, you can specify a string of JCL
keywords and values that Content Manager OnDemand uses
to print the document. Content Manager OnDemand constructs
an OUTDES JCL statement and passes
the keywords and values to JES for every print request for the Application.
The user has no opportunity to override the parameters that you specify.
Note:IBM® i does
not use the CICS JCL Parameters.
Determines the print parameters (Multiplatforms)
or the fully-qualified printer file
name (IBM i)
used to print a document on a server
printer. When the user chooses the Server Printer option to
print a document, Content Manager OnDemand sends
the parameters (or the printer file name) to the server print manager
along with the document. The user has no opportunity to override the
value that you specify.
AFP to Line Data Command
Determines the options for the ARSXAFP
program. Content Manager OnDemand calls
the ARSXAFP program to convert AFP data to line data so that the Content Manager OnDemand CICS/ESA client program
can display the document on a 3270, line-mode terminal. Note: IBM
i does not use the AFP to Line Data Command.
Use Preview Exit
For Multiplatforms, z/OS, and IBM i servers, this option enables
the retrieval preview user exit for
the application. If this option is selected, a user-written program
is called for each document that is retrieved from the server. Any
information that is specified in the Parameters field is sent to the
user-written program.
