Application logical views commands

Add: Moves the selected user name from the Users list to the Users with Logical Views list. You must add a user name to the Users with Logical Views list before you can create a logical view for the user.
Remove: Content Manager OnDemand removes the name from the Users with Logical Views list and deletes any logical views for the selected user.
Add a View: Creates the logical view for the selected user. Content Manager OnDemand places the name of the logical view in the Defined Views list.
Remove a View: Deletes the selected logical view. Content Manager OnDemand removes the name from the Defined Views list.
