Application group field information

The Field Information page is where you specify the properties of the database fields that you defined on the Field Definition page. For each database field, choose the index type, data type, optionally choose one field to contain the application identifiers for the application group, and optionally define database and display values for the field. If the Expiration Type is Segment, then select the date or date/time field that Content Manager OnDemand uses to delete data. If the Expiration Type is Document, then select the date or date/time field that Content Manager OnDemand uses to delete documents from the application group. If the database field is a string field, then choose the case and type, specify the string length, and optionally specify character removal strings. Select the Log and User Exit checkboxes to send field information to the system log and the system log user exit program.
