Configuring application group fields

Create a field that identifies the documents being federated. If a lock or hold is applied to a document, Content Manager OnDemand adjusts the value of the field to indicate how many holds or locks are applied.

Procedure

To configure application group fields:

  1. Start the OnDemand Administrator client by clicking Start > IBM OnDemand Clients V10.5 > OnDemand Administrator V10.5.
  2. Click Application Groups.
  3. Right-click the application group you want to modify, then select Update.
  4. Click the Field Definition tab.
  5. Type in the name of a field that helps you identify documents being held, for example RMLockDown, then click Add.
  6. Click the Field Information tab.
  7. Select the field you created in step 5 from the Name list.
  8. In the Type list, select Filter.
  9. From the Data Type list, select Small Int (2).
  10. Select the CFS-CMOD check box, then click OK.
