Hold

You can hold individual documents or an entire load beyond the expiration date if required.

In Content Manager OnDemand, documents are stored and retained for a specified period of time. After that specified period of time, the documents are removed from Content Manager OnDemand. In certain situations, you might need to keep one or more documents beyond the expiration date by using hold objects.

You can put documents on hold in several ways:

Placing a hold on a single document
Placing a hold on a load of documents

You can also add one or more documents to existing hold objects.
