Adding, updating, or deleting index

Use to add, update, and delete indexes.

Here are some commands that you can use:

Add>>

Add a field to the index. Use to identify the field or fields on which the index is based. The graphical indexer moves the field parameter name to the Order list.

Remove

Remove a field from the index. The graphical indexer moves the field parameter name to the Fields list.

Add

Add the index. After adding the index, the graphical indexer resets the information in Identifier, Attribute, Type, Break, and Fields so that the next index can be added. To add the next index, verify the information and then click Add. When you have added all of the indexes, click Done.
