Adding a cabinet

Before you begin

You must have create cabinets authority, be an application group/folder/cabinet administrator or be a system administrator to add a cabinet.

Procedure

  1. Select and expand the library server.
  2. Right-click Cabinets.
  3. From the pop-up menu, Select New Cabinet. Content Manager OnDemand opens the Add a Cabinet window. The General page provides features to name the cabinet, describe the cabinet, and select the folders to be included in this cabinet. The Permissions page allows you to determine the type of cabinet functions that users can perform.
  4. Click OK to save the changes in the database, and close the Add a Cabinet window. Click Cancel to close the Add a Cabinet window without adding the cabinet.
