ARS4909E Incorrect output file definition

Explanation
 The file specified for the OUTPUTDD file
definition parameter cannot be created. The user must have read-write
permissions for the directory. If the file does not exist, it will
be created. If it does exist, it will be replaced. 

User response Verify that the file name and path in the parameter
file are correct. Verify that the directory exists and that the permissions
are correct. Then resubmit the command.
